Air Pressure Amplifiers
AA Models and HAA31 Models

Air Pressure Amplifiers
AAD Models and AAT Models

Haskel International has nearly 60 years of hydraulic and pneumatic engineering experience in the design and manufacture of high pressure generating equipment and controls. Continuous investment in the new machinery and technology keeps Haskel at the forefront of the field.
We offer the most comprehensive range of models in the industry combining:

  • Simple principles of operation
  • Rugged construction
  • Capability to meet the most demanding industrial applications

Haskel Air Amplifiers provide an alternative to purchasing dedicated high pressure compressors. They are compact, require no electrical or mechanical drive connections, are powered by the same air they amplify, and can be mounted in any position. Key features include:

  • Infinitely variable outlet pressure and flow capability
  • No heat, flame or spark risk
  • No air line lubrication required - eliminates oily exhaust
  • Long seal life with easy maintenance
  • Wide range of models, controls and options
  • Wide range of standard and custom systems

HAA31 Models

  • Single-acting, single-stage air pressure amplifiers
  • 3 models with ratios of (2.5:1), (3.5:1) & (4.5:1)
  • Maximum inlet pressure of 125 psi
  • Maximum outlet pressures from 320 psi to 600 psi

AA Models

  • Single-acting, single-stage air pressure amplifiers
  • 3 models with ratios of (8:1), (15:1) & (30:1)
  • Maximum inlet pressures from 1,250 psi to 4,500 psi
  • Maximum outlet pressures from 2,500 psi to 4,500 psi

AAD Models

  • Double-acting, single-stage air pressure amplifier provides outlet flow on each stroke of cycle and gains "lift" from inlet pressure
  • 4 models with ratios of (2:1), (5:1), (15:1) & (30:1)
  • Maximum inlet pressures from 300 psi to 4,500 psi
  • Maximum outlet pressures from 300 psi to 5,000 psi

AAT Models

  • Two-stage air pressure amplifier provides two high pressure pistons of different ratios within a single unit for maximum efficiency at higher outlet pressures
  • 3 models with ratios of (7/30), (15/30) & (30/50)
  • Maximum inlet pressures from 300 psi to 3,000 psi
  • Maximum outlet pressures from 4,500 psi to 5,000 psi

BuTech High Pressure Valves,
Fittings and Tubing

BuTech Tools

BuTech, a leading manufacturer of high pressure valves, tubing, fittings and accessories, was established in 1973 with a commitment to quality, customer service, innovation and a goal to become the world’s leading supplier of high pressure valves, fittings and tubing.

BuTech Subsea Valves Conform to API 6A

BuTech Subsea Valves pass API 6A 19th ed., ISO 10423:2003 PR2, Annex F, performance verification testing, demonstrating superior quality and safety in demanding applications.

BuTech Products

BuTech system components are available in any alloy to handle pressures from vacuum to 150,000 psi (10,000 bar) and temperatures from -423° F (-253° C) to over 1200° F (649° C). Any extreme application of erosive or corrosive solids, liquids or gases is ideal for BuTech products. BuTech offers standard product for applications of pressures in ranges of 6K, 15K, 20K, 30K, 60K, 100K, & 150K covering:

  • BuTech Ball Valves
  • BuTech Pipe Valves & Equipment
  • BuTech Low Pressure Equipment Compression Fittings
  • BuTech Medium Pressure Equipment Coned & Threaded 20K
  • BuTech High Pressure Equipment Coned & Threaded up to 150 K
  • BuTech Needle Valves
  • BuTech Air & Hydraulic Actuators
  • BuTech Adapters & Accessories
  • BuTech Sour Gas & Oil Field Equipment
  • BuTech Sub-Sea Valves

Tube Bender

The BuTech tube bender is designed to bend heavy wall tubing and provide fast, accurate and reliable bending with only one setup. The tube bender is complete with slide block, radius block and bending shoes in a portable, lockable case.

Hand Tools

BuTech hand tools are designed to permit on-site end preparation for tubing. The coning tool uses a precision collet to maintain concentricity between the tube and the cutter blades. This unique feature makes it ideal for machining a cone at the end of a tube, or for re-dressing an existing, damaged cone connection. The threading tool is designed to permit on-site end preparation for medium and high pressure tubing installation from 1/4" to 1" O.D. The manual threading tool uses an adjustable split die and a precision guide bushing to cut a perfect thread.
